Family and Friends
Her family all miss her, but know she is in a better place right now, walking with Julie Jones, David Keniston, and Timothy Zumbach, and most importantly God. Her parents have great joy in knowing she was seriously involved with God and Christ. She survived two sisters, Haley 7, Kelly 12, a brother Ryan 17, and her two of the best parents in the whole world. Remember to pray for this wonderful family. And we give them all our support and comfort.

Kari Eileen Cairns had more friends than anyone I know. She was the most friendliest girl, and had a huge heart. People remember her as a funny, athletic, sweet girl and miss her greatly. We all miss her greatly mostly because she was the girl next door, the one who had your back, who had all the boys in school, the one who smiled at you just because she knew, smiles make the world go 'round... if only we can see that smile one more time.

Happy Birthday Kari E. Cairns!! We love you so much! Nov. 14 2003 was the saddest ever. I lost count of all the people who were crying for you. We threw a party for her which was awesome because everyone was so loving and everyone was remembering her. Then we watched a dvd made by Angela Dietrich.  Not one person in that room did not cry!! Then the Memorial Group buried a lilac tree and a lot of flowers for Kari. Then we went in and took pictures. After that, everyone visited the grave and the crash site. The grave is totally awesome because it just got a grave blanket and its like the most decorative grave out there. All for the best. WE LOVE YOU KARI SO MUCH YOU DONT EVEN KNOW!! HAPPY 14th BIRTHDAY!!! WE'LL NEVER FORGET YOU!
How The Teens Remember Kari
Teens, at the funeral, sobbed and screamed and fell to their knees begging god please that this incident was the worst nightmare of their lives... but this nightmare is a reality. We continued our lives, without her. At school, you always see someone crying. It's really heartbreaking, I was one of these people who cried. It was really sad but I know I had to get on with my life... for Kari. Since she couldn't live... she wants us to live for her so she could grow up... with us. And as soon as I die... and go to heaven... I am going to be by her side faster than light.

Elly Cairns, beautiful, sweet, passionate Kari got her every fiber from this woman. She is so strong and is going through this even better than i am... and she loves her, and knows her more than i ever could. But she is struggling, but she pulled through as one of the best moms in the world right now and will always be for raising such wonderful children.... and is doing everything in her power... to make them happy.

Ron Cairns, definately one of a kind, honest, hilarious, points out the wierd things you would never imagine... when Kari's wierd side came out, She definitely got it from Ron. They are both so colorful. Ron has definitely got to be the strongest of them all. He would never cry in front of his kids, they know he would always be there for them.

Ryan Cairns, her only brother, loved Kari dearly. He loved to make Kari laugh with his joking. She never got annoyed, she always laughed. He has as many girlfriends as Kari had boyfriends. Kari was just like him when it came to a lot of boyfriends and a lot of flirty sides to her.

Kelly Cairns, beautiful, sweet, funny, loud, nice, creative, and strong... she is excatly like Kari. They are very similar yet different. Kelly has a more serious attitude... yet they have the same giggle/laugh. Outgoing, fun, and always good to be around, and always styling her 'Hollister' and 'Aeropostale' just like Kari.

Haley Cairns- fun, adventurous, sweet, and has her own way of playing every single game. She is very sweet and energetic and just like Kelly, she looks and sounds exactly like Kari. It is so strange to look out the window, across the street, and not see Kari playing with Hailey. Kari and Hailey played lots of games and hung out all the time. The loved each other very much!
